Mayday rocks!

The june holidays are pretty much over and i have not really completed anything.I read a few interesting news such as the Mexican Gulf Oil Spill, which is the worst oil spill in US history where damage has yet to be cleared. A few days later there was an oil spill near Singapore, resulting in beaches like Changi Beach having stains of oil over the beaches which had to be cleansed. Sungei Buloh was also affected and definitely, from these oil spill, nature life has been affected. Being an animal lover and someone who like nature, I definitely hate these oil spills and pity the marine life. Marina Bay IR is also now open. Well, I must say that this opening of its sky garden makes the Singapore Flyer just near by seem like it has been a waste of money. At a much higher altitude, people can enjoy a more paronamic view of singapore and coastal islands at a cheaper price, and it is not limited to the 30minute ride of the Singapore Flyer, where one can barely see anything more than the Marina Barrage. Definitely, the main topic of many Singaporeans and I believe, around the world is the FIFA World Cup 2010. Currently, Argentina seems to be on the way to the finals whilst defending champions Italy seem to be struggling. That's it all for this post and I'll write again soon :)
